1. Affiliate Partner Site(s) domain name(s) cannot and will not contain the eToys Marks or any misspellings or variations of those Marks. These names include but are not limited to: eToys, etoys.com, e-toys and any variations or common misspellings. eToys Direct, the company that owns and operates eToys, will terminate program membership if this Policy is violated.
2. Affiliate Partner Site(s) will not buy or bid on any of eToys trademarked company names on any pay-for-placement search engine.
3. Affiliate agrees not to exploit any eToys Marks to influence the affiliate partner sites ranking in search results on any search engine, or for any other reason.
4. Affiliate will not post any coupon codes or discount offers unless they are provided specifically for Affiliate Partner Site(s) through LinkShare. |
